DOMESTIC VIOLENCE and SEXUAL ABUSE within the CHURCH

An INVITATION to a ONE DAY WORKSHOP in your region for those who deal pastorally with these situations, looking at;

• How to understand the dynamics around DV and SA. • How to respond pastorally and think theologically. • Having policies and practices that provide safeguards for the vulnerable amongst us.

• These workshops suitable for pastoral staff and caring professionals.

FACILITATED BY: Daphne Marsden Director of Project Esther, Chaplain at Christchurch Women’s Prison. Ruby Duncan National Team Leader of Neighbourhood and Justice Initiatives, Baptist Union of New Zealand.

TIME: 9.30am – 2.30pm

COST: $30 per person Morning & afternoon tea provided!
